How to can I add additional member in Jotform Teams?

    Currently a silver subscriber - need to add one additional member to my Jotform work team that has access to the forms I have created.

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create up to 5 teams with our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold), but each team can only have 1 member, and it is not possible to invite another team member.

    If you want to get the most out of Jotform Teams, it's for team collaboration and creating stronger company workflows. Also, the ability to invite new users and cooperate with them by assigning different roles to them is exclusively available to our Enterprise plan. You can add team members as Users or Admins, working together while having complete control over your data.

    What would the point be of creating a Jotform team if each team can only have 1 member and it is not possible to invite another team member if not on an Enterprise account?

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform Teams is an Enterprise-first feature, however, it is released to regular users to experience a limited use of Jotform Teams. Regular users (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) can create a team but not invite team any team member; to invite/add new members to the team workspace, a Jotform Enterprise account is required.

    If you needed to collaborate with your team, you can also consider other collaboration features available such as assigning your form to your teammate, and others as previously mentioned by my colleague.
