I receive an email saying my account was disabled because of the "Upload Space". But I have 1 out of 100 submissions used. Please see image attached. Is there any way to fix this issue?

The upload space is different to the submissions limit, if you see the image you have shared, the available upload space is there, showing up as a red bar indicating you have already reached that limit. Your current upload space is 104 of 100 MB allowed.
In order to get rid of the message and reduce the usage you will need to delete those submissions where files were uploaded, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Alternatively, if you do not want to delete your data you may upgrade your account.
