Print all content in one one PDF page only.

    Hello, I've been experiencing some issues with the formatting when creating forms and trying to print. I want to create forms that can be formulated to auto adjust to fit 1 page with a multitude of sections and subsections. Is there a way to do this and then print?

    Can you please clarify that you just want to print the form. I checked your forms but I do not see Print button on them.

    It is not clear if you were referring to the Print button in the submission page or using Print button on the form.

    Tell us also the form you were having the issue. We will check further once we identified the form.

    Hello, yes, I have a print button on my form “doctors progress notes” how can I get the pdf to fit all to 1 page? I want it to auto arrange/size everything to fit one page after all information is entered. Is this possible?

    Unfortunately, it is not possibe with PDF button on your online form,  it will only get the page and content in your form. You can generate a PDF report instead of the print form if you want all the fields on one page only.

    Then you can add PDF download link on your thank you page so your user can download the submission copy as PDF.

    To add a PDF download link to your thank you page, please follow the steps below:
    1.) Go to your Thank you page.
    2.) In the Thank You window click Form Fields and choose PDF Link in the drop down.

    3.) You should see this {pdf-link}. After that, please click the Save Changes button.

    Under settings, what does notification and autoresponder mean? After submit can I have the info go to multiple emails?

    The Email Notification is used to notify you when a form is submitted. An Autoresponder Email is used to send an instant, pre-written reply, or a copy of the submitted data to the submitters.

    It is possible to send an Email Notification to multiple recipients when a form is submitted.

    However, please note that this feature is available for the paid accounts only. The Free accounts can create only one Email Notification with one recipient email address.
