People can submit forms without submitting payments

Help, 

 

People are submitting forms without submitting payments.  That should not happen and someone has submitted an empty form and that too should not happen.

 

Can someone please help me asap. 

You may require the fields to avoid having empty fields. However, even if the payment field is filled, the users may decide not to complete the payment at PayPal's checkout page, when that happens, you will find the submission in the Incomplete Payments dashboard: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/  

I am not sure how I can fix this.. Is there someone who can make sure it is working and it is fixed sooner than later.  i had a web designer do this for me and he isn't responding to my requests anymore.  I need this fixed soon and I am willing to pay to get it done sooner than later.  Please help

The best thing to do would be having the person who set up the form to check it, but since the person is not available, we will be glad to check further. I have filled your form, and it is not performing any calculation, nor passing the total to the PayPal payment field.

Upon inspecting the form further, it seems like someone modified it, in other words, someone deleted fields that were used in conditional calculations, and form calculations. That is the reason why the whole calculation process does not work anymore.

At this point, please let us know what the calculation logic and flow would be, so we can try to set it up.

more classes. If they only choose 1 class the price is $60 per class, they
get a discount if the choose more. Speed and agility is a price on its own
and is not offered in the discount. If someone selects speed and agility
the flat rate is $125. I do have a stipulation on the classes that you
have to sign up for pitching/catching or fielding/defense to select
hitting. I want all of my classes to be able to be purchased as a single

I noticed that the last payment received in your form was back on Dec 22, 2018. If you allow us, we can revert the form back to that version. It seems like a field was deleted on Jan 7, and that ruined all the calculations. Please confirm if you want us to revert it, or you can also do it in your end:

Hello, As requested, We have reverted your form to it's previous state. This has helped to fix most of conditional statements. But, calculation still did not work on the form. I can assume that form previously had 'Session 1' section (that has been removed), because calculation widgets had plus operators with no field specified, this is breaking the calculation. I have removed extra operators in 2 calculations and form seems to perform calculations correctly now:

Could you please test the form once again to confirm that it is working correctly? Please do several tests to get different calculations. If the form still does not work as expected, please get back to us. 

I need just 1 session with all classes available. Should I just redo a
form. Is that something you can do for me. We can keep it simple.

You can send us a screenshot of the fields you want to keep and you want to remove so we can do it for you. As my colleague said, we can set it up for you in our free time. You only need to explain the workflow and details of your requirements.

classes with the multi class discount. We are currently signing up for the
final session. I also need one sign up for speed and agility. The form must
be submitted with payment through PayPal. I had 3 signups last week that
didn’t pay because Paypal wasn’t working. I really appreciate everything
you’re doing. I wish I knew how to do half of these corrections.

I need the classes available. My issue I am having is the costs not adding
up and people submitting registration without paying. I need payment to be
required. Here is an example of a person paying on this type of form.
My payment page option should look like this.
The classes section stays the same. The two different clients I have are
High School or Middle school kids. So a high school kid can pick hitting
and speed and agility and the total should be $425. (One class hitting
$300.00 for 1 class plus $125 for speed and agility. Speed and agility are
not included in the discount option. That is why the total is $425.
If a high school student wants hitting and pitching classes he will pay
$500 dollars. Two classes discount from 300 per class to $500 for two
classes saving them $100 dollars.
I need the form to calculate the three classes offer for discount and
if they add speed and agility the form should add $125 dollars to the
total.
I hope I explained this perfectly to you. My classes start Sunday and
registration. Is only until Sunday. So this is a high priority for me. I
understand I got screwed by the web designer who set this up so I
appreciate any help from anyone to get my form working and excepting
payments correctly.

We have reverted the form to a version from November, where there are no incomplete conditions, or calculations, I have tested it, and the payment field is not empty anymore, please test your form: https://form.jotform.com/82825771254159 

We would suggest you remove the form from your site until you make sure that you have a working version of the form.

The only items that should be on the form are the items NOT CROSSED OFF IN
RED. This picture was sent earlier in this thread. We asked days ago to
have session 1 and 2 removed from the form because they are over. There has
been a requirement for one class registration in order to authorize a
hitting registration. We need there not to be ANY restriction on signing up
for hitting.
We have repeated this request several times this week. It would be so much
easier and much more efficient to call you on the phone. Please, please
provide a number for us to call you. We will incur the costs.
