Questions in setting up my form

    Dear JotForm Team,

    Can you please contact me at 214.395.8880 so that I can learn how to sign-up for service supporting "https://form.jotform.com/92163884503157" on behalf of my client, Soter Technologies? In particular:

    1. How do I edit the doc to improve content & format?

    2. How do I separate the payment portion so that it only comes up after the Reseller applicant fills-out the initial information?

    3. How do I link this to the right page at https://www.sotertechnologies.com/?

    4. How do I auto-assign an applicant ID so that it is then inserted into a acknowledgment to the applicant & so that all this is sent to the applicant + to  Soter Technologies + other  stakeholders + data-maps into our Zoho CRM platform?

    5. How do I apply A/I methods to filter if application properly filled-out, and if not then to automatically advise the applicant of status and how to fix within 10 business days. And, if yes to then auto-send next letter thanking them for completing form correctly and then provide them with Outlook link to schedule 15-min web-conference where they can present their service and do Q&A on next steps.

    6.  How do receive analytics of all the above and more?

    7.  What does this cost per month and per year for users?

    1. How do I edit the doc to improve content & format?

    When you say doc, are you referring to the form or just part of the form? You can view our wide range of form templates to get some idea of how you want to format your form.

    2. How do I separate the payment portion so that it only comes up after the Reseller applicant fills-out the initial information?

    You can create a condition that will show any fields you want based on the user's answer on one or some of your questions.

    I assume when you say link, you want to embed your form into your website. If this is correct, you can follow this guide on embedding your form:

    Our commonly used embed method though is the iFrame embed code, however, that will still be entirely dependent if your website allows that.

    4. How do I auto-assign an applicant ID so that it is then inserted into a acknowledgment to the applicant & so that all this is sent to the applicant + to Soter Technologies + other stakeholders + data-maps into our Zoho CRM platform?

    For the applicant ID, do you have a list of applicant ID on hand, or just need to make a random ID assigned to each submission? If it's only random, you can use the Random Value Generator widget. However, if you already have a predefined list of IDs, then the only way to populate that is by editing the form. Once the applicant submits the form, edit the submission and supply the applicant ID.

    As for the acknowledgement, you can create notification and autoresponder emails to be sent out to whoever you want to.

    You can create conditions that does exactly what you want.

    You can have multiple autoresponder emails setup, each with different email content based on your requirements, then create a condition that will control when will such email be sent out.
