Hi there. I have created a connected form and PDF for an influencer contract, but I am very confused on how to use your system.
1) The advertiser and influencer detail are in the same form? Shouldn't there be two seperate forms?
2) I have done a test submission, and I do not understand where this data goes - or where this end contract is produced.

Additionally, all of the test submissions I am doing are coming in blank. I don't really understand this.

Hi, we will be glad to address your questions. First, we recommend you to check this introductory guide:
1) All form fields will show in the PDF report by default, but you can customize it: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report
If you want to have two different PDF reports on your form, you would need to create two PDF Documents, so you can delete the Influencer fields on one PDF, and the Advertiser fields on the other PDF. Then you can email them based on conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/547-how-to-email-different-pdf-document-templates-based-on-users-answers
2) The data is sent to our servers, and you can view it from your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-how-to-view-form-submissions
As well, you can create an email notification for you to receive it, and an autoresponder if you want the submitter to receive an email confirmation too:
- https://www.jotform.com/help/26-setting-up-an-autoresponder-email
3) Is this the form in question? https://www.jotform.com/form/210534789899072
The fields are not required, so they can be submitted empty. You can make them required to make sure that you will receive data: https://www.jotform.com/help/546-how-to-set-a-field-as-required-or-non-required
