    Hello Anytime_Fitness_Falcon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you are using PayPal Business. Can you please confirm that you have a Business type PayPal account? If yes, please try using another browser or incognito mode and connect your PayPal account. I have also cleared your form cache to refresh your forms.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Anytime_Fitness_Falcon,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. It normally happened when there's an integration error between Jotform and your Paypal account. To rectify the error, I would suggest reintegrating the widget into your form.

    Once again we have followed your instructions again and it still does not seem to make any difference, we are not receiving any email to confirm the intergration? Can someone please call us to get this sorted out? We have been waiting for at least 2 months?

    I checked the form and the payment setting is not configured properly.

    Please try using a different device and follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-how-to-integrate-form-with-paypal-standard/

    After that, please let us know if the issue still persists. I tried this on my test form and it is connecting properly using PC and Google Chrome Browser.

This guide will help you send us a screenshot. Also, while the error is up, could you also share the console report?
