Zapier integration is not working properly

    Hi there,


    For whatever reason when I try to build a new Zap with Jotform it does not show all of the submissions for that form, and the submissions they do show don't actually contain the form answers. I confirmed that when I'm building this Zap I am using the most updated version of Jotform. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I've cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but didn't encounter any issues. Your form and the Zapier integration are working successfully on my end. To understand clearly, some of the submissions are not sent to Zapier, and the ones received do not contain the all answers of the submissions, right?

    I've cleared your form caches to help fix the temporary issues. Can you remove the Zapier integration, re-add it, and try again on another browser, please?

    If the issue persists, could you send us a screenshot of your Console Log when you are trying to do the Test Submission so we can we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help? To do that, you can follow this guide. Also, you can share a screen recording to help us understand the issue better. I suggest you use Loom for screen recording.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi there, I'm assuming once you cleared my Form Cache that fixed the issue because it didn't persist afterwards. However, I'm creating another Zap using Jotform and am running into the same issue for the CNREN Circle the City Giveback. I've cleared my Form Cache and tried creating a clone of the form, but still no luck.

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for reaching us back. I understand that you're having the same issue yet again, and we apologize for that. Rest assured, I'm here to help. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the form but a clone of it instead. As I've checked it, I did see that Zapier was not integrated yet on the cloned form. Since the original form and the cloned one are exactly alike, you can go ahead and integrate Zapier first on the cloned form. After which, try to test it out and see if it'll work for you. Let me show you how:

    1. Choose Settings on the orange navigation bar on Form Builder.
    2. Go to Integrations on the left panel.
    3. Search for Zapier and click on it to start the integration.

    Once done, try it out and see if it'll work. For good measure, I cleared your account's Form Caches. Clearing them from your account might fix simple and temporary issues, which I believe you can do so on your end. But naturally, additional troubleshooting steps are needed in case doing so doesn't work. Once you have integrated Zapier, you can also try using a different browser or Incognito mode for this. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies might work, too, so please do so as necessary.

    If the issue still persists, can you please provide us the original form's URL so we can check it on our end? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but the zap shows the submissions as well as the submission data. Check out my result in the screenshot below:

    Try to create a new zap in Zapier, then check if you'll see the two submissions with its data. Take a screenshot of the new zap, if you still can't see the submission data after creating a new zap.
