Jotform makes it easy to use your existing Stripe coupon codes in your payment forms. Instead of manually creating the same discounts again, you can quickly import the coupons you’ve already set up in Stripe and apply them directly to your forms.
This helps you save time, maintain consistency across your promotions, and ensure your discounts stay synchronized with your Stripe account. Whether you’re offering special deals, seasonal promotions, or customer incentives, integrating your Stripe coupons with Jotform creates a seamless experience for both you and your customers.
Notes
- This feature is available only with the Stripe and Stripe Checkout payment integrations and can be used only when the integration is configured to sell subscriptions.
- Before enabling the Fetch Coupons From Stripe Account feature, make sure that you’ve created coupon codes in your Stripe dashboard.
Enabling the Fetch Coupons From Stripe Account Feature
If you already have a subscription payment form connected to Stripe, you can import your existing Stripe coupon codes directly into Jotform. Here’s the quick way to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side of the page.
- Then, in the Payment Properties window that opens, scroll down and toggle on Fetch Coupons From Stripe Account.
That’s it. The form will automatically fetch the coupon codes from your Stripe account and add the Enter Coupon box to your product field. Want a quick preview? This Demo Form shows how it works.
Note
When you enable this feature, the Show Fetched Coupons from Stripe Account option is automatically turned on as well. This allows you to view the fetched coupon codes directly in the Coupons tab. If you don’t want the fetched coupons to appear there, you can turn this option off at any time.
Checking the Fetched Coupon Codes
If the Show Fetched Coupons from Stripe Account option is enabled, you can view the coupon codes that were imported from your connected Stripe account directly within your subscription settings. Here’s how to access the list:
- In Form Builder, click on the Payment Field.
- Then, on the right side of the payment field, click on the Stacked Coins icon.
- Now, in the Subscription Settings window that opens on the right side of the page, click on the Coupons tab.
Now, you can check the coupon codes fetched from Stripe here. As shown in the example below, they should appear in this section.

For some reason, coupons aren't being fetched from my Stripe account. I have 3 coupons created in my Stripe account but none of them are showing up here. Do you have any idea why this could be?
