My new employee deleted the custom design forms by accident of inquiries. Is there any way to restore the last 150

Hi,
Could you please clarify, what are deleted? Are you referring to actual forms or their submission data?
If the actual forms are deleted, they are initially placed in the "Trash" folder and you can restore them there. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
If the submissions are deleted, then, unfortunately, they cannot be recovered. We do not store a backup of these data, our users own and handle their submission data, once deleted, they are removed permanently from our servers to avoid privacy or security issues.
However, if you have setup email alerts containing a copy of the submission, then you can use that as a reference. Or you can check your form's email history to view the copy of the submission there: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.
For future use, I strongly suggest integrating your form to 3rd party storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive or Box.com to have a real time backup of your submissions and file uploads:

I hope that helps.
