Hi! Im constructing a feedback form for education. I would like the complete form data to go to the users by e-mail. Is it possible to hide the personal data for me as an administrator? I would like a file with all the data in a sheet for research but without name and e-mail (GDPR condition)
Kind regards and thank you for a great app!
Fredrik (Sweden)

Hello Fredrik - To clarify, do you want to hide the name and email so that only the feedback is visible at your end? or your users?
If this is for your users then it is possible, you just need to edit your email template and exclude the email and name field: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thank you very much for your quick reply!
The students and supervisors should have all information. They should be anonymous against me. I would be satisfied with the initials for example.Fredrik -

Unfortunately you cannot replace the data with the initials, you can edit form's notification email alert and delete the desired field which you do not want to see in the submission emails.

OK then they can input just initials. Can I hide the e-mail for myself but still send the data to the respondents by e-mail?

Yes you can edit form's notification email alert and delete questions which you do not want to see. Please note that notification email alert is sent to you after form is submitted. You can retain all the questions in auto-responder email alert which is sent to the user who submitted form.
The following guides should help you:
Add email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
Add auto-responder email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Sounds better but doesn't all parts of the form go in to the database? Both the notification e-mail and the database should by anonymous. Is it possible? Otherwise maybe I can skip E-mail in the form and just have PDF-download possibility...

Yes, if you own the account and you have access to it then you can see all the data in the submissions page: How-to-View-Form-Submissions
However, if you do not want to keep the data in the database then you can set auto-deletion of submissions after your users submitted the form.
You can use this app for that: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions
Let us know if that could work for you.

Strange it says ”There aren't any submissions yet.”
If i get it to work - can you choice what data that is erased or does all go?

Do you mean to say that you are unable to see the submissions you have received? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the page where you see this message and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will wait for your response.

It seems you have selected the form in "Auto Delete Submissions" app and see this message. Please note that selecting the form in the app does not delete the existing submission you already have in form. It will only delete the submissions which you receive in form after you enabled Auto Delete Submissions app for a form.
Please go ahead and submit your form and you will see the submission will be deleted as soon as it is received.

OK thats work now but all data is deleted (you can't choose only sensitive data). Is it possible to add an option to e-mail the data to the user after filling it out without sending the mailadress to the database? Then that would be the solution I guess.

That is how autodelete app works, currently, that's the only solution I think for your requirements because if you do not delete the submission then it will be stored on your submission page and you will see their data.
Is it possible to add an option to e-mail the data to the user after filling it out without sending the mail address to the database?
What's present on your form will be automatically saved to your database or submission page so that is not possible.

OK. I Understood it is possible to print the data, so it isn't possible to e-mail the data (or PDF) to the user without collecting the e-mail in the database?

You mean, allow your users to print the data they entered in your form before they submit the form? If that's the case then you can enable the print option on your form.

I was hoping that there is one "print" button and one "send" button -send to the users e-mail (e-mail that is not a part of the form). Is there?

The following guide should help you how to add print button in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms
On your question "send to the users e-mail", do you want to send email to user who submitted form? You can add form auto-responder in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Here's the workflow of the form you want:
1.) Enable the print button in the form: Print-Button-on-Forms
2.) Create notification, but delete the email and name field so you will not see those data when you receive the email: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
3.) Create autoresponder so your students will receive all the information they entered in your form after they submitted the form: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
4.) Create another notification and send this to your supervisors, you can change the email address placed in the email notification recipient, simply follow this guide: How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
5.) Setup autodeletion of the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions
Simply follow that step-by-step and you'll be able to achieve your requirements, you can also create a form and let us know which part you are confused so we can help you.
