I need a questionnaire form that i can post on social media I want them to fill it out and then post it on their page. I also would like a link to it on my website so they can get the form there and fill it out and then post it on their page. Is that possible? Also a mic of multiple choice and essay type answers.
Is there any limit to the number of people who can then use that or access it?
Thank you

Hello Cindy,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.
I'm sorry but I'm not sure if I got your request correctly, but you can add Social Share widget to your form so your form respondent can share your form by clicking on facebook button, also you can share your form in facebook posts by including the direct link of your form
You can also limit the number of the submitters of your form by several options as you can see in the below guide.
How to Limit Submissions in a Form
If this wasn't what you meant with your post then please elaborate more details about the flow that you want to apply so we can better help you.

CindyReplied on November 8, 2021 at 3:55 PMSo . . . I see how to share the blank form to be complete. Thank you.
1. Can we share the form ALSO on social media once it’s been completed?
We want to post the blank form for them to complete and make that available for them to share on their pages.
We also want them to share the answers on their own completed form. Is that possible?
We have a Weebly website. Would we just embed the link on Weebly and they would click on it and be able to fill it out? I added Jot form to the website but it seems the forms would come back to us. We do not want the forms. We want people to share them other own pages.
Also is there a limit to how many people can use the form we create? Any cost?
Thank you

Greetings Cindy,
Can we share the form ALSO on social media once it’s been completed?
You can share the form URL on Social Media. Users will click on it to open the URL and then fill the form.
We want to post the blank form for them to complete and make that available for them to share on their pages. We also want them to share the answers on their own completed form. Is that possible?
You can send them their filled forms as a PDF attachment in an email. They can share it then as per their requirement.
https://www.jotform.com/help/555-applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document/
You'll need to use the autoresponder emails. The procedure to attach a PDF document in both notification and autoresponder email is the same.
https://www.jotform.com/help/26-setting-up-an-autoresponder-email/
I added Jotform to the website but it seems the forms would come back to us. We do not want the forms. We want people to share their own pages.
Yes, that is correct. The form submissions will always come back to the form owner. As explained above the users can share the PDFs.
Also is there a limit to how many people can use the form we create? Any cost?

If I understood correctly you are looking for an option that will allow multiple selections in a dropdown field? You can check the widget below.
