In Jotform Inbox, you can add comments and replies to a submission that appears at the bottom of the entry. You can easily communicate with your colleagues when you share your form inbox with them to collaborate.

Adding General Comments
A general comment is when you add a comment to the submission entry itself. Here’s how:
- Select the entry in the left panel.
- Click on Comment in the upper-right corner.
- Type in your comment then click on Comment at the bottom.

Adding Inline Comments
Inline comments are for adding comments to entry answers. Here’s how:
- Select the entry in the left panel.
- Hover your mouse over the question & answer row you want to comment on.
- Click on its comment icon.

- In the popup box, enter your comments then click on Comment.

Replying to Comments
Aside from viewing, anyone who has collaborator access to the inbox can also reply to comments. Here’s how:
- Click on the comment’s vertical ellipsis icon.
- Choose Reply.

- Enter your reply then click on the Reply button.

If I reply to a submission from my form with a comment in the Inbox, does it go directly to their email address? Why I'm asking is because I have not yet gotten responses back.
