This agreement, for short term rental of 29 Sundelin Way, West Barnstable, MA, 02668, was made and executed on 01/17/2025. Below are the parties involved in acknowledging this agreement:
The Rental period will being on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 4pm and it will end on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 am. Early check in and / or late check out may be available on a limited basis. Please submit extension requests to homeowner for consideration and approval.
The rental amount will be $7600.00 due by June 1, 2024 (includes cleaning fee).
The rental payment will be collected by Jennifer Mercandetti.

A refundable deposit of $500.00 is required upon receipt of this rental agreement to hold dates.
If payment is not received by date specified above the landlord will make an attempt to reach the tenant at the number and / or email above. If tentant is unable to be contacted, and payment is not received within 30 days of check in, the reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The tenant agrees to the reservation deposit transitioning to security deposit of $500.00. This will be refunded to the tenant within 14 days of checkout, assuming no damage has occurred to the property or home (including contents). In the event of damages, repair invoices and/or replacement receipts will be provided and deducted from the security deposit. Remaining balance of the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of damage resolution.
TAXES
State and local taxes totaling 14.45% will apply. These taxes must be paid in a separate transaction and can be made using the payment methods listed above (Check or Venmo).
The maximum number of occupants overnight will be 7 adults (18 years of age or older). The property may be occupied by family members and friends of the tenant listed on the contract.
Subletting is not permitted. The tenant agrees not to assign or sublet the property.
The tenant indemnifies the landlord and the property free and harmless against any liabilities like accidents, loss of property, injury, or death of any person.
This agreement can only be changed or modified with the written consent or permission from both the landlord and the tenant.
The undersigned, hereby agreed that both parties read the agreement and acknowledge it.
