How to create a Form and generate a Raffle ticket number

I want to use the form that generates ticket numbers for a raffle. If I use the free account and don't use the payment integration is there a limit as to how many tickets can be sold? The free plan states 500 total submission storage.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By the way, our Starter plan is a free trial that gives you access to most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. The main difference is the usage limits. For example, in the Starter plan, your account can receive 100 total entries per month for all of your forms.

Here's the list of your form data storage limit:

• 5 Forms Limit — The number of active forms.
• 100 Monthly Submissions — The total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms.
• 100MB Upload Space — The available storage space for file uploads.
• 1,000 Monthly Form Views — The number of impressions or times your forms can be viewed.
• 500 Total Submission Storage — The total number of form entries you can store in your account.
• 100 Fields per Form — The maximum number of form elements for each form.

The total submission storage is the total number of entries you can store in your account itself, which is different from your monthly limit. For example, in the Starter plan, 500 of your most recent submissions are stored in your account. If you exceed the limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, making room for new ones to be received. Therefore, if you go over your total submission storage the forms will continue to work. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out. You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to increase your account limit.

You can use our Product List for the raffle ticket and then, you can use Unique ID to generate the ticket number. Here's how:

1. Create a Product List, add a product name and Raffle Ticket, and set the Available Stock to 500
2. Add a Unique ID widget and set it to your liking. In my case, I set it to 6 characters, and all numbers

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form. 

3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage. 

4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.
