My Account was Suspended - Activation is requested

    Hello,

    My account was suspended, and I am not sure why. I would like to have it reinstated. Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because your form, 230105410139036 is collecting credit card information which is against our Terms of Use. If you want to create a payment authorization form, you can do so by using the following payment gateways:

    For us to reactivate the account, please give us permission to delete the offending fields and the data associated to them.

    What if you are trying to use the form to collect the info to have on file? I am working on building my own secure way of doing that, but in the mean time had created a form that got my whole account suspended.

    Is there a way to remove that form and keep my other form that was okay to use?

    Hi LeeAndra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed per our Terms. JotForm explicitly prohibits the collection of sensitive information like credit card details without integrating with a payment gateway that securely handles such data.

    Additionally, I've eliminated the fields for card details from your form and reinstated your account. Please review and inform us if you have any additional inquiries or issues.
