Zapier mapping not working with JotForm

    I am writing to report an issue I am encountering when trying to integrate Jotform with Zapier.

    When I attempt to set up the Zapier integration, the required fields from my Jotform are not showing up in the Zapier interface. This makes it impossible to complete the integration and automate the desired actions. I need fields that are in my from named "Form3".     Hello Farhan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. To confirm, are you referring to your Customer Satisfaction Survey Form? I have checked the form and it seems that it was not integrated yet to Zapier.

    If you are referring to another form, Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • Select Quick Share from the left panel.
    • Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.

    Hi Farhan,

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The submission shows, and I was able to mapped it accordingly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Since the Submission data does not appear, it seems like there's an issue with the set-up. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Integrations tab and select Zapier from the options.

    3. Click on the Connect to Zapier button.

    4. Make sure to set these to No, then click on the Yes, Continue button.

    6. Click on the Authorize button.

    7. Select Salesmate from the options.

    7. Configure the Zap in order.
