Does JotForm have all the features that I need?

I am looking at using your form as a warranty registration form.  A few questions:

Can the submissions be saved into an excel sheet in Office 365?

    Can the submission be exported?

Can we remove the jotform branding and just use a clean embed code that we paste into our website?

Can we import data into the form to add to the list of submissions?

Can we have customized emails that are branded from our email domain, and include a blind copy to us?

This is a start.  Thanks for your time!

    Ben

Hi Ben, I'll be addressing your questions item-by-item in the list below:

    1. You can integrate your form with Excel and Office 365, through Zapier, simply create a trigger that once a submission is received in your form, a row is added in your Excel Spreadsheet or an event is created on the calendar of Office 365 (there are many other triggers for different actions).

    2. Yes, you can export the submissions in a number of ways, you can either export all the data from all the forms that your account owns at once or download the submissions from a specific form in XLS, CSV or PDF (or download a single submission). We also have a Visual Report Builder, so you can analyze the collected data directly into Jotform, or export the report to other formats.

    3. You can remove the Jotform branding from your forms (and email notifications/autoresponders) if you upgrade to any of our paid plans. We also offer a lot of embed codes for your forms, so you can embed them in the way you intend (Iframe, Lightbox, Popup, Feedback button, etc.). You can also get the entire source code of your form if you need to change things radically.

    4. Yes, you can import data into an existing form by using our Import tool, simply upload a CSV/XLS file and associate each column with a field of your form, each row will be considered a submission.

    5. You can send notification/autoresponder emails from your own email server while using your form made in Jotform, simply set up your SMTP account in the Form Notifications. Customizing the emails is also possible, and it's a very easy task to perform. You can include a blind copy to your email address by setting up a separate email notification, i.e: one for the client and another one for you.

    Hoping to see you soon,

    Thanks.
