4Cleaning WA ensures that the services will
begin within a timeframe of thirty minutes
to one hour from the predetermined schedule.
This provision allows for optimal service d
elivery. The conclusion of the services may
occur on, before, or after the pre-establish
ed time. Should there be any adjustments to
the service duration, either during the ongo
ing service or for future appointments, you
will be promptly informed either prior to or
post the task through email, phone call, or
direct communication.
Please note that 4Cleaning WA has a policy t
o undertake a minimum service duration of tw
o hours at any given location. Services requ
ested for a duration less than two hours wil
l be billed at the two-hour rate.
4Cleaning WA commits to supplying the neces
sary equipment and chemicals essential for e
xecuting the services. Should there arise a
situation necessitating the utilization of t
he customer’s belongings, it may warrant a r
econsideration in the service charges for th
at specific task, though such adjustments ar
e not obligatory.
For its operations, 4Cleaning WA will make u
se of electrical power. To ensure the utmost
safety, all cleaning equipment will be conn
ected to the customer’s wall-mounted power s
ocket via a surge-protected connector, mitig
ating risks associated with electrical anoma
lies. It is imperative to note, however, tha
t 4Cleaning WA disclaims responsibility for
any unrelated electrical or electronic compl
ications that may ensue.

volve examining any available evidence, s
peaking with involved parties, and consul
ting with specialists if necessary.
If viable, 4Cleaning WA will arrange
for the necessary repairs to bring t
he damaged item or property back to i
ts original state.
Depending on the nature and extent o
f the damage, 4Cleaning WA may offer
full or partial financial compensatio
n to the affected party. The amount w
ill be determined based on the degree
of liability, the replacement or rep
air cost of the damaged item, and the
circumstances surrounding the incide
nt.
Discretion on
Accountabili

bility for our actions, the ultimate deci
sion on liability and the form of compens
ation remains at the discretion of 4Clean
ing WA, based on our assessment of how th

SERVICE INFORMAT
ION & TIMINGS:
4Cleaning WA requires essential details from
the customer or their designated representa
tive, including but not limited to the locat
ion where the service is to be rendered, des
ired timings, the nature of the service, its
duration (both commencement and conclusion
timestamps), and pertinent invoicing data.
Upon confirmation of any service, there migh
t be a lead time of up to 2 weeks before the
initiation of the service, contingent on 4C
leaning WA's prevailing operational bandwidt
h. In any circumstance where 4Cleaning WA ca
nnot fulfill the service within the stipulat
ed timeframe, the customer or their represen
tative will be duly informed a maximum of 2
weeks prior to the proposed service commence
ment date.

It is imperative that the designated con
tact person at 4Cleaning WA be updated ab
out any modifications which could influen
ce this Service Agreement.

Any adjustments to ongoing or upcoming s
ervices must be communicated to 4Cleaning
WA at least 48 hours in advance of the s
cheduled service time. Such changes encom
pass alterations in service timings, loca
tion, ongoing service modifications, addi
tion or reduction of services, and tempor
ary service suspensions.

4Cleaning WA reserves the right to incor
porate outsourced cleaning services into
ongoing or future services as deemed nece
ssary. Should either party wish to amend
the mode or timing of service delivery, a
minimum of 48 hours’ notice is obligator

Rescheduling a
nd Cancellatio
ns:
While 4Cleaning WA strives to accommodat
e alterations in service timings based on
customer requests, there might be instan
ces when the desired timing cannot be hon
ored. In such cases, 4Cleaning WA will pr
opose an alternate slot or potentially ca
ncel the service for the given timeframe.

nt is settled.

Any amendments to or cancellations of se
rvices will incur charges as stipulated w

reement. If a service cancellation is com
municated more than twenty-four hours bef
ore its commencement, it may either not i
