Process to follow:

* Transfer a container of glucose syrup to the hot room to begin melting for next day production * Transfer a container of Coconut Oil RBD - MOI to the hot room to begin melting for next few day production * Add Milk and G003 base powder into the pasteurizer and mix for 5 minutes * Start pasteurisation (record start time) * At 50 °C, add the Glucose Syrup and Coconut Oil RBD - MOI (which have been melting in the hot room since the day before). * Allow the mixture to pasteurise and record pasteurisation information on form 44 * During cooling phase, at 20° C add Vanilla Flavour 050014 165C - Invita and Vanilla Seeds. Mix well until properly dissolved. * Allow to cool to 4° C * Transfer into buckets and store in the coolroom to age (min 4 hours and max 24 hours) * Transfer all the mixture to the mixing tank. Start agitating for about 10 minutes until all the mixture is homogeneous. * Freeze and extract in the appropriate containers. * Label & Package as required.
