Hi Upsilon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, if you want to let users upload an image to your form, I can help you with that. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, enter Image Upload Preview in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
You can check out the guide & demo video from here. Alternatively, you can add file upload field and also can control the file type that users can upload. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to File Upload, and drag and drop a File Upload to your form.
- Select the File Upload field and click on Gear icon.
- Under Options tab, set the file type you want to let users upload.
You can also set limit of file that can be upload using file upload. This guide will show you how to do that.
Jotform does allow users to capture real time photo and upload to form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, enter Take Photo in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
- Select Take Photo widget & click on Wand icon.
- Under General tab, you can set the Camera Facing either Front or Back.

Please note, every Jotform plan have upload space which won't reset after 30 days cycle, but you can delete and make the space. It is recommended to download all files before you delete them from Jotform tables. You can also integrate your form with Dropbox and all the uploads will be saved in Dropbox.
