Requesting to change the Bronze subscription from yearly to monthly.

    I signed up for membership, but clicked the yearly payment, but intended to signed up for the monthly payment of $19.50. Please refund the difference to the card on file.

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've checked your account, and saw that you've already switched to a Bronze monthly subscription. You can request a refund for the partial amount charged to your account for the Bronze yearly subscription by filling out this Refund Request Form. Make sure to select Other for the partial refund request. Once done, you'll receive a tracking ID, which you can use to track the status of your refund request.
