I have two different jotform accounts (one personal and one for work) and yesterday I accidentally upgraded the personal account instead of the work account. Can you refund the $234 upgrade charge so that I can upgrade the correct account?

Sure thing, we are more than happy to help you cancel and refund your current account subscription. I found that the account under the email address firstname.lastname@example.org has a Silver subscription. AND your other account under the email address email@example.com is on a free account.
Just to verify, you want to cancel the active Silver plan that is paid for on the firstname.lastname@example.org account correct?
Please confirm this for us and we will go ahead and make the changes for you. We look forward to your response.
