I cannot log in to my account

    Somehow I am not able to login to my account, I have forms saved that I intend to use for business, please help

    Hello Jamie! Your account is suspended for your "CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION" form. We do not allow collection of credit card information in plain text fields. This has been mentioned in our Terms of Use.

    We'll need to delete the following fields from your form; after that we can enable it. Let us know if you want us to proceed.

    I noticed that you're collecting recurring payments from your clients. You can setup these recurring payments via JotForm.
