I am new to your JotForm.. I am helping to integrate online forms to a WordPress website that currently has no online forms except for the typical contact etc. In order to provide a cost analysis for my client, I need to know the total monthly or yearly costs. We will want to use some of the HIPAA forms and templates. My client uses hard copies in a folder so will need to be able to print out the forms the clients submit. . Printing costs are factors so will we be able to structure the forms size? We are prepared to purchase once we learn what plugin's we will need. I already have the basic JotForm plugin installed. You assistance is greatly appreciated.

Please note that using our templates, creating/resizing/printing of PDF Documents and embedding a form are all available in any of our plans, including the Free plan.
