Reactivating Forms - Overlimit

    Please help to activate my forms since i already cleared my data

    I did check your account and found that you have exceeded the submission limit of your account. Please note that in a free account, you can only receive 100 submissions, but you have already received 129 submissions. That is the reason why your account is over quota and all your forms are disabled.

    To enable your forms again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month, when the submission limits are reset. The following guide should help you how to upgrade your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-how-to-upgrade-my-account

    Hello Khalis,

    I checked your account and found that you still have 105.80 MB of uploads which is more than the allowed upload limit of the free plan which is 100 MB. That is the reason why your account is still over quota and forms are disabled. 

    I have also cleared your cache. However, the following guide should help you how to delete submissions from the form and trashed entries section as well: How-to-delete-form-submission-data/. You are also able to confirm this by looking at your total usage for the month: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

    Hello Khalis,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry that this is happening. Let me help you with the solution. I cleared your form cache and then recalculated your submissions limit and your account is now showing 8/100 submissions.

    Some of our Jotform tasks can increase your submission quota by completing them or you can just upgrade to a higher plan to increase the limits. Alternatively, you can wait until the counter resets on the 1st day of next month. Please refer to this guide to learn more about account usage and limits.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have checked all your forms and didn't encounter any quota warnings. If the issue is still persisting, can you share with us the form link? Also, sending screenshots could help us to understand the issue better. This guide will show you how to do that.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account from the backend and the count seems to updated, I also tried to access one of your form, and it seems to be up and running. Checkout the below screenshot :

    Can you please go ahead and try it accessing your forms again and let us know how it goes? If the issue still persists on your end, please clear your browsing cache and cookies and then try to load your form once. 

    As a precautionary measure, I have also cleared your account cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with this. I've recalculated your account limits, so your account should now be refreshed. Currently, it's at 57.76 MB / 100.00 MB. Can you check it from your side and confirm if the limits have reset? I also suggest checking out the Usage tab of your Account Settings to see your limits and when it will reset again.
