What Can You Do With Jotform’s PayU Integration?
With PayU, you can:
- Sell online products
- Sell merchandise
- Collect donations online
- Accept custom payments
Note:
Jotform’s integration with PayU requires a set of credentials, which you will find under your PayU account configuration. For example, an existing store for PayU (PL). If you do not know this, please get in touch with PayU support.
Adding PayU in the Form
You can add and set up PayU to the form by following these simple steps:
- In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Elements button on the right side of the form builder.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Search or find PayU, and click or drag and drop it to your form to add.

- Set up your integration, such as the Integration Type, as displayed in the settings.

PayU (PL)
With PayU (Poland), you need to provide the following credentials:
- Merchant POS ID
- Signature Key
- oAuth Client ID
- oAuth Client Secret

PayU (Poland) supports the following currency:
- PLN – Polish Złoty
- BGN – Bulgarian Lev
- CHF – Swiss Franc
- CZK – Czech Koruna
- DKK – Danish Krone
- EUR – European Union Currency
- GBP – British Pound
- HRK – Croatian Kuna
- HUF – Hungarian Forint
- NOK – Norwegian Krone
- RON – Romanian Leu
- RUB – Russian Ruble
- SEK – Swedish Krona
- UAH – Ukrainian Hryvnia
- USD – United States Dollars
PayU Money
PayU Money will require you to provide the below credentials:
- Merchant Key
- Merchant Salt

As for its currency, INR – Indian Rupee is locked as the only option.
PayU Turkey
PayU Turkey will require you to provide the following credentials:
- Merchant ID
- Secret Key

To complete the integration, you must also set up your IPN Settings with Jotform’s IPN URL. You’ll find the instruction on the same screen.
PayU Turkey supports the following currencies only:
- TRY – Turkish New Lira
- EUR – European Union Currency
- USD – United States Dollars
- GBP – British Pound
Additional Gateway Settings
You can find a few more options in the Additional Gateway Settings section. For example, if you toggle the Ask Billing Information to Customer, you can collect the following:
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Billing Name
- Customer Email
- Customer Phone


If your setup is complete, click the Continue button to add your products to the next screen. If you have chosen User Defined Amount or Collect Donation options, click the Save button instead.

Hi, is the payment service available for Nigeria?
Does not seem to work with PayU South Africa. South African currency ZAR not listed as an option for receiving payment. Local South Africans will not pay for local goods in any other currency other than ZAR.
