Based on the outlined findings I recommend orthodontic treatment for Michael. During this phase of treatment the goal will be to correct tooth rotations and align teeth along with level the arches. We will also try to get patient into ideal occlusion for them proper long term function.
We plan to use the following appliances to acheive our goal:

Treament will also be done using brackets and wires.
Our planned treatment time is approximately 12 months. The cost of orthodontic treatment is $5000 plus any lab fees. This includes the fee for a retainers if necessary.
