Metropolitan Appliance Service Terms

Metropolitan Appliance is excited to order appliances that’ll make a statement in your kitchen! Before ordering, let's review your selection and all the important details that will help ordering your appliances go as smoothly as possible.

-Reviewing Order-

All the details in regards to your order are extrememly important! Whether that be address, model #, color, price, etc. Please review to ensure everything is correct.

The best way to learn about your appliance(s) is the specification sheet that gives you all details about dimensions, features, etc. We’ll help provide all the necessary specification sheets to ensure they'll fit perfectly!

ock

For all in-stock equipment, orders may be canc
eled without a restocking fee as long as no de
livery/pickup has been scheduled or the applia
nce/s have been set aside for more than 90 day
s. Otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be req
uired.

Non-Sto
cked

For all non-stocked equipment, please know tha
t any ETAs given are just an estimate and that
your appliances may arrive faster than expect
ed or become backordered at any time! If your
non-stocked equipment has not shipped from the
manufacturer, you may cancel at no charge. If
it has shipped, it may be canceled or returne
d; however, a restocking fee will be required.

Custom Built E
quipment

We are excited to order a custom appliance for
you. We want to do everything we can to ensur
e these are the right appliances for you and y
ou’re excited to receive them. Unfortunately,
once the equipment has been ordered from the m
anufacturer it is non-cancelable and non-retur
nable.

This includes, but is not limited to: special
colors, custom widths and tailored configurati
ons for any product where the manufacturer all
ows for custom production.

Cleara
nce

All clearance equipment is sold as-is. If you
have any issues within 7 days of delivery, we
will return it for credit towards an alternati
ve or help schedule warranty service!

Accessor
ies

All accessories ordered are not returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to: trim kit
s, ventilation blowers, ventilation extended d
uct covers, knobs/handles, laundry pedestals,
grill accessory door panels and installation h
ardware.
