Issue embedding the form into a webpage.

I'm currently in the process of enhancing my clientele site and have created a feedback form using Jotform. However, I'm encountering some difficulties in integrating it into my website.

Could someone from the Jotform support team kindly provide guidance on how to seamlessly integrate a Jotform feedback form onto my website?
