Hello quanlytongmto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us the missing pages? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Also, I checked the link you provided above and I was not able to access the link because it is expired. I also tried loading the main app URL and it shows that the app is on a private access. Please change the status of your form from Private to Public so we could test it on our end. Let me show you how:
1. First, open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish.
Under the Publish tab, tap on Quick Share.
3. In the Direct Link window that opens up, tap on Private Form.
4. In the Access Settings window, tap on Public Form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Here you can find my public link https://www.jotform.com/app/220758060274454
And I also upload the screen shot. All pages disappear, only the main "Thông tin chung" stays the same.

Hello quanlytongmto,
Thanks for the additional information. Please try disabling the Show Navigation Menu on the app and then re-enable it. Here's how to do it:
- On the App Builder page, click on the Navigation Settings button in the lower right corner.
- On the window that appears, click disable Show Navigation Menu and then re-enable it.
Give it a try and reach out to us again if you need more help.
