Visit Summary
A good visit today in MK. Standards internal and external are to high standard. The branch is delivering sales target and margin target. The team seem in good spirits and there is a good atmosphere in the branch. The warehouse looks great and is in control. Work needs to be done in the showroom in terms of standards. Google reviews need to be back on the agenda in branch. We need to be achieving the minimum expectation of 3 per month. No stock counts have been completed this month, but the branch remains on track due to over delivery last month. There are still 47 counts to complete this month to remain on track by month end.
