    Thank you for getting back to me.
    I would like to know what the options are for sending forms ie: pdf, link,
    etc.
    When the receiver gets the form, what app do they need to use to fill it
    out, or does it take them to a web-based platform?
    Also, do you offer phone support for subscription members?

    Hi Kenneth,
    Thank you for sending the links in your last email.
    I have reviewed them and many others from your website.
    I have some follow up questions below:
    1. When downloading a submission form will it look just like the form that
    the client fills out unless I create a PDF template?
    2. Can I download the forms/PDF templates straight to Google Drive?
    3. If I build a template that is more conducive to a desktop (for example;
    with 3 or more columns) will it automatically adjust it's appearance to fit
    a phone screen?
    4. What is the difference between using your e-signature option vs. the
    e-signature widget?
    5. Is there an option to set up automatic reminders for a client to fill
    out their form?
    6. For the Square integration, we don't want to offer a store, we only need
    to capture the client's card information which we use at a later time to
    manually charge them. How would that set up work?

    > Yes, a default PDF template is generated.

    2. Can I download the forms/PDF templates straight to Google Drive?

    > Yes, you may use the Google Drive integration so attachments are passed: https://www.jotform.com/help/192-how-to-integrate-a-form-with-google-drive/.

    > Yes, the forms are mobile responsive.

    4. What is the difference between using your e-signature option vs. the e-signature widget?

    5. Is there an option to set up automatic reminders for a client to fill out their form?

    Just a few follow up questions.
    2. The video does not explain the process for PDF templates.
    5. From what I understand, the reminder is a separate process from the form
    and then would require tracking and ending the reminder manually.
    Is there a way to set a reminder linked to the form, that will remind the
    receiver with a predetermined time until it is actually filled out in a
    more automated way?
    6. The Square integration says the authorization is only good for 6 days,
    is that correct?
    * New question: Can you set it up to download certain pieces of info from
    1 submission into 3 different PDF templates?

    Follow up to my new question; can you download different parts of the
    submission to different types of documents?
    Like some of the info goes to a template, some goes to a google doc?

    > To ensure that the PDF document that gets passed to Google Drive is the same exact template users fill out, then you need to convert the form into a PDF form: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-how-to-create-a-pdf-form/.
