When Andrew Hewatt took the plunge into entrepreneurship, he wasn’t sure what to expect. For years, he’d worked in digital marketing for various organizations, but the allure of owning his own firm eventually took hold. So he founded Blossom Lab, a full-service marketing agency that helps businesses with web design, content creation, branding, SEO, advertising and more, located in sunny Oakland, California.
With all of the variables that come with owning your firm, it’s nice to have a constant once in a while. That’s why Jotform has been so valuable to Andrew. Since he designs client websites on multiple web building platforms — he works with whichever his clients request — he knew it would be easier to work with an online form builder that’d be compatible with all of them. As a result, in came Jotform, which is easy to embed on any type of website.
As a designer, Andrew appreciates the CSS customization allowed by JotForm. Although using Jotform requires no technical knowledge, dropping a few lines of code into Jotform’s Form Designer allows him to match a form’s design with the website into which it’s embedded. No one would ever figure his online forms were built using Jotform, which gives them a more professional appearance.
A benefit of using Jotform is that it integrates with many of the systems Blossom Lab’s clients already use. Whether clients need a form to send files to their Dropbox accounts, new addresses to their email marketing service, or new leads into their CRM, Andrew’s able to connect their Jotform accounts to the systems upon which they already rely.
On Their Own Website
Andrew also uses Jotform on Blossom Lab’s own website. Right from the homepage, his potential clients can scroll to the bottom and see an embedded contact form that blends in seamlessly with the website. The design beautifully matches the rest of his site, right down to the colors and fonts. And a more intricate form exists on the Blossom Lab site that allows potential clients to explain what services they seek and how much they’re looking to spend.
Because of its versatility, marketing agencies all over the world use Jotform for their clients, as well as internally. Earlier this year, we also highlighted a San Diego-based agency that uses Jotform for lead capture and job application forms.
