3. Project Content:

7. Final Design Deliverables:
● Final PDF design deliverables will be
emailed only after full payment is recei
ved.

● Final deliverables will be provided in
PDF format and on the project website.
● Project website access will be granted
after full payment.
● No printing services will be provided.
● Partial documentation or material sche
dules will not be provided before delive

8. Post-Project Support:
● Post-project support will be available
for 30 days following the official comp
letion date of the
project.
● Support includes answering questions r
elated to the completed project, providi
ng guidance on
maintenance and care of design elements,
and troubleshooting any issues or conce
rns arising from the completed project.
● Support does not cover additional desi
gn work or changes beyond the scope of t
he original agreement.
9. CAD Files:
● CAD sharing is available in 2D DWG or
3D DWG format. (If the client needs it)
10. Exceeding Online Meetings:
● The agreement includes a specified num
ber of online meetings for the duration
of the project.
● Additional online design consultation
requested by the client beyond the speci
fied number will be subject to a fee of
$200 per hour.
● These charges will be invoiced separat
ely and must be paid within 7 days of re
ceipt of the
invoice.
● The client will be notified in advance
if the number of online design consulta
tions is approaching the limit specified
in the agreement.
11. Project Budgeting terms and conditi
ons
● Budget Level Identification: The desig
ner will identify a general budget level
(low-cost, mid-range, or high-end) rath
er than requesting an exact dollar amoun
t. This helps ensure the design aligns w
ith the client’s financial expectations
without locking into specific numbers pr
ematurely.
● Material Selection: The designer will
choose materials based on the client’s b
udget level (low-cost, mid-range, or hig
h-end) and references.
● Flexible Material Options: The designe
r will create a primary schedule of mate
rial specifications and quantities, alon
g with an additional list of suggested m
aterials that can be replaced with more
affordable options without compromising
the design. This provides flexibility in
budgeting.
● Accurate Estimates: The designer’s goa
l is to produce a detailed project that
allows general contractors to provide ac
curate estimates.
● Affordability Decision: If the client
decides they cannot afford to build afte
r the design is completed, it does not r
ender the design work irrelevant. The pr
oject successfully helped the client mak
e an informed decision.
12. Design Changes:
● The designer includes a revision proce
ss before finalizing the project.
● The number of revisions varies based o
n the chosen package.
● One-time minor changes after final del
iverables are included in the cost of th
e services, not exceeding 20% of the sco
pe.
● Additional charges apply for exceeding
design changes.
13. Terms and Conditions
● Ownership of Design: Until full paymen
t is received, the designer owns the des
ign. Clients agree to let the designer s
howcase project images and plans on soci
al media or websites, before and after t
he project is completed, for promotional
and portfolio purposes.
● Confidentiality: All client informatio
n is treated as confidential and not dis
closed to third parties without written
consent.
● Termination: Either party may terminat
e with written notice under specified co
nditions.
● Projects On Hold: If a project remains
on hold for more than three months, Go
Nuts Design Inc. reserves the right to t
erminate the agreement. A formal notice
will be sent to the client stating that
the project is at risk of termination. T
he client will have 14 days from the dat
e of the notice to respond and resume th
e project or provide a valid reason for
the delay. If the client fails to respon
d or provide a satisfactory reason, the
agreement will be terminated. If the cli
ent wishes to restart the project after
the three-month hold period, an addition
al charge will apply. The charge amount
will be determined based on the scope of
the work and the time elapsed.
Go Nuts Design is not responsible for an
y unpermitted constructions. The propert
y owner or contractor is solely responsi
ble for obtaining all necessary city per
mits before beginning any construction
14. Dispute Resolution:
● In the event of any dispute or disagre
ement arising between the parties in con
nection with this agreement, both partie
s agree to first attempt to resolve the
matter through good-faith negotiation.
● If the dispute cannot be resolved thro
ugh negotiation, both parties agree to p
ursue mediation before resorting to arbi
tration or litigation.
● Any mediation or arbitration proceedin
gs shall take place in [Specify Jurisdic
tion], and the prevailing party shall be
entitled to recover reasonable attorney
fees and costs.
15. Force Majeure:
● Neither party shall be liable for any
delay or failure to perform its obligati
ons under this agreement due to circumst
ances beyond its reasonable control, inc
luding but not limited to acts of God, n
atural disasters, war, terrorism, strike
s, or government regulations ("Force Maj
eure Event").
● In the event of a Force Majeure Event,
the affected party shall promptly notif
y the other party and make reasonable ef
forts to mitigate the impact of the even
t. The timelines and obligations under t
his agreement shall be extended for the
duration of the Force Majeure Event.
16. Communication Protocols:
● Both parties agree to maintain open an
d timely communication throughout the du
ration of the project.
● Communication about the project design
between the client and the designer sha
ll only be conducted via email.
● The designer provides support on Whats
App or phone only about submission of th
e project on design brief between 9 AM-6
PM workdays.
● The designer will offer communication
via online meetings with property owners
according to the steps of the Blue pack
age service.
● The client agrees to respond to design
proposals, requests for information, an
d other communications from the designer
within a reasonable timeframe to ensure
project progress.
17. Copyright and Use of Project Images
The client agrees that all rights to the
design, including but not limited to im
ages, drawings, and renders, ideas creat
ed by Go Nuts Design, remain the exclusi
ve intellectual property of Go Nuts Desi
gn. The client, contractors, or any thir
d party are strictly prohibited from adv
ertising or promoting themselves as inte
rior designers or offering interior desi
gn services using any form of images fro
m the project without prior written cons
ent from Go Nuts Design. Any breach of t
his clause will result in a violation of
this agreement, and appropriate legal a
ction may be taken.
18. Exclusivity of Designer-Client Relat
ionship
Go Nuts Design maintains a clear and exc
lusive designer-client relationship with
the client, as outlined in the steps pr
ovided on the first page of this agreeme
nt. While Go Nuts Design may communicate
with individuals or representatives des
ignated by the client, these individuals
will be considered as part of the clien
t and not as directors, managers, or in
any other position of authority over the
design process. Go Nuts Design retains
full control of the design direction and
execution, adhering strictly to the agr
eed-upon steps and services. Any attempt
to assign external roles or introduce t
hird-party direction will constitute a b
reach of this agreement.
19. Timeline:
The client acknowledges that timely feed
back and review are critical to maintain
ing project schedules. If the client del
ays providing necessary feedback, approv
als, or revisions beyond a reasonable ti
meframe, this may significantly impact t
he project timeline. In such cases, Go N
uts Design reserves the right to allocat
e resources to other projects. When the
client returns, adjustments to the timel
ine may be necessary, and the project ma
y need to be rescheduled based on availa
bility. Additional charges may apply if
rescheduling incurs costs or requires re
prioritization.

20. Payment Terms:
The designer will begin work on the proj
ect only after receiving payments as out

● For projects under $10,000, payments a

21. Right to Refuse Service:
Go Nuts Design reserves the right to dis
continue work with any client if, at any
point, there is a failure to communicat
e effectively, a lack of alignment on th
e project vision, or a breach of agreed-
upon terms. This includes, but is not li
mited to, poor communication, unreasonab
le demands, or behavior that negatively
affects the collaborative process or the
company's reputation. Maintaining a pos
itive working relationship is essential
to delivering the best results and prote
cting our brand integrity.
