I have embedded the code from JotForm onto my WordPress page. I see the security seal appear at the bottom of my form and then when I go back to check on the broswer, the seal is gone.

Hi,
May we know the website URL where the form is embedded so we can check it here? But first, I think clearing your browser's cache should resolved this problem. Would you mind checking it again with your browser's cache cleared?
Please update us when you can. Thanks! -

Hello mklausner,
Upon checking your web page, I found that you have not embedded your form using its SSL embed code. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that security seal will only be visible when form is accessed / embedded with its secure URL. Please embed your form with its secure embed code. The following guide should help you : https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
