hi, our staff is not able to successfully submit a form through this account. our IT department thinks the account has been diaabled somehow?
please help ASAP so we can get back up and running.

Hello,
Yes - your account has been suspended for going over the storage limit for uploads.
Free accounts can only use up to 100MB.
I would suggest the following:
1. Please upgrade to a paid plan and get 10Gb of storage and upwards - please review the various options you have.
2. Download all your uploads using this app, then back-up all your submissions using this app, then delete all your submissions.
If you choose Option 2, please do that with caution as we cannot restore your submissions once deleted.
I have re-enabled your account for now - we however can only do this once.
