    Hi,

    Please, I need some help.

I've shared a secure link of my form in an email marketing, but I didn't know that I had a submission limit to that.

Now, I tried to modified, but I couldn't.

What can I do? Can the form migrate to the non-security when the limit expire?

    Please, help me!

    Thanks!

    Thiago.

    Hi Thiago,

You've maxed out your SSL Limit so your forms are currently disabled. If you want to take advantage of the free 100 non-secure submissions per month, use our non-secure form instead.

Your non-secure form should be like this: http://form.jotformz.com/form/41952813867667. You also need to re-embed your form, and from the form embed wizard, do not check the "Secure Form" box:

I have granted you a one time SSL reset. Your forms should be active now. Again, use our non-secure form URL to have 100 submissions per month.

    Thanks
