In this thread, you stated your forms were disabled and Kade explained to you that your account was disabled because your two of your forms set off our anti-phishing system as they both appeared to be somewhat suspicious.
So, probably that's why you could not login anymore. If you are able to login through a computer based browser, but still have problems using the app, do get back to us.
