Hi,
I see that you have this jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42548665017156 called "Rental Application", so I presume that you mean that only half of it was filled out and submitted?
Can you please give us more details about the issue and we would be happy to see what is going on and how to resolve the issue?

It seems that we can only access half of the form.
I myself have tried to send myself an application, but I am unable to receive full application.

Hi Nitza,
I apologize, but I am not quite sure if you are having issues viewing the jotform ( http://www.jotform.us/form/42548665017156 ) or seeing the entire email after submission?
I can see the entire jotform, but do let us know if you do not for some reason.
Now if you are having issues seeing entire email, please try creating a new notifier:
