if I accidentally deleted a message can I get it back?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have deleted a submission record of your form? 

Please be noted that once a submission is deleted, it is deleted permanently. It is not possible to recover the deleted submission. The only want to get the data is from the submission email whcih you must have received. 

If you have deleted the submission emails form your inbox, you do not have to worry as you can anytime check your account's "Email History" to get the list of submission emails which was sent and also the content as well.
