Hello. I have two forms online but when the form is completed and submitted I dont get it in my email info@primefx.co.uk so I dont know if and when a client has registered.
Can you plase have a look? The test via Jotform works OK so I am a bit confused.

I presume that one of the jotforms with the issue is http://www.jotformeu.com/form/23065867244357 can you please tell us what is the other jotform that you have the issue with as well?
Looking at the email logs I can not see any issues, as well as when I checked your settings in the above mentioned jotform so I can only presume that the issue is that the emails are sent to either spam, trash or bulk folders, which I would suggest to check over your webmail account and the email clients since they can each send the email to their own folders.
