Hi,
You are currently using your own email address as the sender email for both the notification and autoresponder emails. It is added through verification method. Instead of using this method, try either of the following:

http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
These methods should help you fix the problem.
