Hi there, how do I restrict public access to a form with custom URL? Right now, I've created:
http://www.jotformpro.com/MerleRBC/RBCReport
but technically, anyone who finds that link can fill out the report and submit it. How do I set up password protections (based on sub-user login) with this form? Or, if not possible, is there a workaround?
Thanks,
Michelle

THANK YOU!!! I would have never come up with that on my own. :)

Hi there,
I cloned the form per your instructions but now would like to save it as a secure form with a custom URL named "CallReport". It says that Call Report is already in use but when I go to preview the form, the url is: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50645431999971.How do I change it so the link is persistently: https://secure.jotformpro.com/MerleRBC/CallReport and the preview shows the same secure link? (The secure form feature seems to not be save-able?)
