Unable to locate my form

    Hey,

    I created a form a few days ago, and saved it, but when I log in, it is no longer there. It was titled Personal Training Inquiry.

    Have you checked your trash folder? It may have been deleted by mistake.

    Thank you for that suggestion. It was not placed in the trash. Any other options?

    I saw the form on your account and it was titled "Personal Training Inquiry". Can you please verify?

    If this is not the form that you're referring to then maybe you created the form using a guest account before.
