Are you referring to email notifications? If so, our developers have worked on a recent issue regarding email notifications and custom sender address and it was already resolved.
I checked your form, http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51092428762962, and noticed that you are using a custom sender e-mail. If the issue still continues on your end, please change the Email address in Sender field to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. Or use the other method: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.
