Client/vendor select then skip on the next page?

I have set up my main page which will be the client/vendor select. I have my radio button in there as well but I don't know how to direct the page based on if the customer clicks on the client tab vs the vendor tab. My options on the drop down just say page 1 with no other options. I'm unsure of what page 1 even is.

Now after that, you can use conditional logic to skip pages based from the user input. Here's a guide to learn more about conditional logic: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic. Page 1 is the first page when you make the form multipage.
