This issue appears to happen when I start to type my name and Chrome asks if I want to autofill. I click my name in the autofill drop down and suddenly the field labeled "One ziplock, 1 gallon bag" fills with the number 78. This has happened to multiple users on different computers. No default value is assigned to the field. Any ideas why this is happening and how we can fix it?

Hi,
I checked your form and I was unable to reproduce your issue. I loaded the form several times in different browser but the "One ziplock, 1 gallon bag" field never any data populated.
Are you still having trouble with the value 78 showing in this field:

Did you use your autofill feature? The problem doesn't occur when you type into the name box, only when you select an option in the autofill drop down. I have checked it with 3 more people on 3 different computers. Everyone here uses Chrome, so that may have something to do with it.

Hi,
If I understand, the issue is while selecting one of the displayed options while filling the form, now I tried to reproduce your issue, but as my collegue, I was unable to replicate it, see my result on the image below :
Please, if you are still getting the issue, provide us the steps to reproduce it, since as showed above, I was unable to do it.
Thanks.

Just tried in your form and it happened to me using autofill in chrome except that it inserted 08 in that field ?

Also just tried again (using Autofill in Chrome) - double clicked in the One ziplock field and an auto-fill drop-down opened showing my zip codes that have either an 8 or a 7 in them...

I see what you mean:
This is due to the validation for that field being set to numeric:
If you set the validation to "none", as your other fields are set, it will no longer fill with numbers. Here is my test form to see the change:

Using https://form.jotform.com/53355830657966 Auto-fill still inserts a number and double clicking in that field still opens the Auto-fill dropdown....

David, it is not the quart field but the "One ziplock, 1 gallon bag" field that is displaying the problem. However, I did change the validation back to none.
msimpy, I think you are right in that chrome is seeing "ziplock" and thinking "zip code" and just auto filling the first 2 numbers of our zip code. How funny! Perhaps I can replace it with some alternate wording that won't conjure up our zipcode poltergeist.
Update: Removing the word "zip" from the question entirely was the only way I could get it to stop autofilling without deleting my autofill options. But officially, "plastic sealing storage bag" resolved the problem. C'est la vie.
