my first form not working in facebook

    HI - I have followed the instructions and added my form to facebook using the quick PLATFORMS link but when the page is added - I click contact us on facebook page and get jotForm 404 page not found - I saw an identical thread and you maically got it to work!

    I checked the link you provided and I was able to see the 404 issue you are reporting.

    I tried to embed one of my form to Facebook but I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you try again to re-embed your form to Facebook?  Please remove previously embedded form from your Facebook page and embed it again through Publish wizard. To remove previously embedded form from your Facebook page, just follow the instructions below.
