Is it possible to add event in Outlook calendar when submission is received?

Once an employee signs up for a workshop date/location and submits a form, can an Add to Calendar option be provided so it puts the workshop on their Outlook calendar?

Unfortunately, we don't have such feature at this time, but you can check this workaround through Zapier: https://zapier.com/zapbook/zaps/2606/create-google-calendar-event-from-new-jotform-submission/ that will integrate with Google Calendar.
